I still have a bit to discuss with Denden Town, exploring Hirakata, and meeting Megumi again, but before I write those entries -- it has happened!
I experienced my first earthquake! Don't panic, it was a teeny tiny, itty bitty one. It woke me up when I was half asleep this morning. I just sort of felt like I was moving back and forth, and then I looked over at Kaylie's water bottle, and the water was shaking. I just sort of sat there until it dawned upon me what had happened. It was so small that I think you could only really feel it if you were sitting still.
The fact was confirmed when sensei walked into class and said "じしんがありましたね!(Jishin ga arimashita ne!)" which means "there was an earthquake, wasn't there?"
It felt weird....and as much as it's not a good thing to wish for natural disasters to happen, I wanted to know what an earthquake felt like. There's another thing to cross off my list of things I was able to do in Japan! :D

I was in the shower so I didn't feel anything. :(
